I'm fairly certainly that it's used mostly in self-defence. When confronted with an opposing party during those family Christmas parties, one may have to break out the Fruitchucks and start going medieval on them. Which is actually historically accurate, since I believe that most fruitcake was actually baked during the Dark Ages.

I should've just had "Dogs" as an option. I believe that mine has been known to sneak some of that stuff when it finds its way underneath our tree by accident. However, he does get rather sick as a result. So, that'd fall under emetic, I suppose.
